Maddy's Playdate

Every once in awhile Maddy gets an activity just for Maddy. Today her friend Cassidy came over. They sort of played together :-) Here are some cute pictures.

Bowling

Keagan and his friend Chris went candlepin bowling with the Dads yesterday. Here is a picture of the monumental event.

Determined Madelynn

Maddy is growing up to be a very feisty and determined little girl. She learned to walk a few weeks ago, and now she thinks she can do anything. This is her dragging a shovel up the stairs to bring into the house. The last picture is her after I put her and the shovel back down on the grass.

Easter

Here are the pictures from Easter. We had a nice Easter egg hunt with three of Keagan's friends, and then all the family gathered at a restaurant for brunch. It was a nice Easter, but I don't think we will take two kids out to brunch again anytime soon.

Crazy Hat Day

We went outside yesterday afternoon. They were both so happy to be out of the house. Maddy wanted to play in the grass so bad, but it was still kind of wet and she won't wear shoes and still crawls most of the time. Here are some good pictures of them. (The last time Grandma went to NYC she brought home some silly hats, and we had been playing in the closet trying them all on)

Ice Skating

We went ice skating for the first time last week with our friends Spencer, Chris and Riley. It was a huge success. I am not sure that Keagan actually skated as much as wiped out, but he loved it and keeps talking about how he is going to play hockey. I think we are going again this week and I will try for some better pictures of the whole gang.
